Today’s Uplifting Message
Often through life there is a tendency to carry the baggage of past moments. It is our intention to go through the baggage and remove things that are no longer necessary. However, this is often not the case.Past indiscretions, arguments, decisions, etc., can often fill your perspective so fully that it becomes difficult to be in the present moment. Standing still amongst the debris of the past can prevent us from moving forward with our lives.
No one has had a completely drama free existence. It is our responsibility to create opportunity through the dramas. The important aspect is to process the moment, forgive and release the negative remnants.
While sometimes it may be easier to forgive others, it is most difficult to forgive ourselves.
Perhaps today, take a few moments to examine that huge suitcase of undesirable moments and leave them behind once and for all.
To truly learn your life lessons, you also have to be willing to let go of your opinions. Nothing is served by stubbornly clinging to a negative perspective. Decide to embrace, forgive, and release.
Making progress in your evolution also means deciding you are worth your own redemption. The self is always the hardest, but ultimately the most fulfilling to redeem.
Leave the baggage behind… today… this moment. There is nothing there that is needed.
Your vision of yourself will improve, thus making your journey easier.

Take Charge Of The New Year
You can change your world simply by changing the way you feel inside. It’s an inside job! Here are some steps on exactly how to begin consciously creating the life you prefer:
- Imagine and envision a clear picture of what it is that you desire.
- Match the vibration of that desire by experiencing the emotions you would be feeling if you were to already exist in that reality.
- Act. Behave as if you know what you’ve imagined to already be true. Project the confidence, wear the clothes and walk the walk.
- Persevere. There will be a period of time where what you imagine on the inside may not match what you see on the outside. However, if you persevere in spite of the contradiction, you will find in due time, the external world beginning to match your internal vision.
